Is GEICO really the best car insurance out there?

- Ah no! Their commercial is entertaining, but that's all I give them credit for.
- find a local company. they will offer much better service, prompt claim adjustment and a better attitude. and you dont have to call an 800 number to reach someone in another state. and the local guys usually have competetive rates.
- Absolutely not! The best thing for you to do if you're looking for car insurance is to shop around. Call a few different companies or go online to their websites to get quotes. The one that I've had the best luck and lowest quotes with is Progressive, but I know other people that had gotten lower rates and had great service with other companies as well. I haven't heard anything good about Geico though... definitely look into some other companies.
- Geico IS a good company when it comes to repairing your vehicle properly. The best are CSAA, State Farm, Travelers, 21st Century (now AIG). The worst of the bunch is Infinity, Farmers, Bristol West, Progressive and Nationwide (Allied). You get what you pay for.
- NO. there are much better companies out there. it depends on where you live and what companies you have access to write with.
- CHECK WITH THE BOARD OF INSURANCE WHICH IS ON LINE AND THIS WAY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE FIRST HAND ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES INCLUDING THEIR RATINGS AS WELL AS HOW THEY PAY AND TREAT CONSUMERS AND MAYBE BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU.
- No. But they are the best MARKETED. There's no "one size fits all" best. And, best to some people means cheapest - to other people, it means most coverage. Still others think it's best service.
- Hi, All I can say is. It ,may be best for them but not for me, It maybe cheap for me but not for them. My point is it depends on the kind of car insurance coverage you need. If you are looking for a cheap car insurance i suggest you shop online. visit sites with car insurance listings like http://www.nightbirdssolutions.com or alike, it can help you search much faster. You can then collect quotes and compare it yourself and see who is the best and who is the cheapest based on what you need..I hope that would help you.
