is there any website out there where i can digitally modify my car before i waste money on parts???

i just need a good website with a vast selection of cars and parts and what my car would look like

1. Your best bet would be to use Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro or the GIMP or some photo-manipulation tool like that. Take photos of the parts (try the manufacturer's website if nothing else) and take a picture of your car from roughly the same angle. Cut, past, change the hue, saturation, brightness, and contrast, and you'll have a reasonable approximation of what it'll look like.
2. Gran Turismo 4 or hd if you got ps3
3. Enter a picture of your car and modify it! and what is that worth to you ? Not gonna happen for free. I paid over 10k for a paint program.
