Which car would is faster? Well i might still modify the engine too, so i can make it faster?

I want it to be reliable, great handling & good at mileage Mazda Rx8, Honda Civic, Dodge Charger, Ford Mustang, Scion TC or Mazda6, Mazda Mx6 or Honda Del so? Any suggestions on what i can do to make the car faster with losing less $$$ from hand.

1. All of the above cars will do the maximum speed limit of 70 miles per hour in the USA. If yer concerned about saving $$$$...dont speed..traffic tickets are expensive and could affect having a drivers license and also your insurance premiums....Obey the posted speed limits whenever yer out driving. stay safe..
2. Well, you ask a tough question. The Mazda Rx8 is a fine car.Great MPG and sporty. INSURANCE!!!!!! HIGH!!!!!!!! Dodge Charger FAST!!!! decent mileage. INSURANCE!!!!! Ford Mustang Wow what a car......again INSURANCE!!!!!!! the others don't compare to these 3. Honda Civic, Scion TC, Mazda 6 and Mx6 or the Del Sol..... Racing them and tryin to look cool is like racing in the special olympics....... Even if you win.You're still a retard.
