Is it worth it modifying a high mileage car?

Ive got a 03 Mach 1 Mustang and it ran 13.5 last night(all stock).I'm wondering if its worth time and money to modify a car with110,000 miles on it?I want too but,dont know if it would be a good investment

1. Bet you a good tuneup would make a big difference.
2. throw 10 grand into it...
3. I would get the engine rebuilt as the first order before you start putting any more money into it.
