automobile insurance providers in Massachusetts that provide a discount to federal employees? Young Governme?

Anyone know of any automobile insurance providers that provide a discount to federal employees? Young Government Leaders pointed out to me that that some companies provide discounts to federal employees (such as Sprint) and specifically Geico offers a discount on car insurance, but Geico does not offer policies in Massachusetts.

1. Yes, I was in the military, so I was a federal employee. There were discounted rates at some places but the discounts sucked and in fact some where even cheaper then the discounted ones.
