- I beleive that it is a $5000 plus fine if you get cought
- Yes. you need to have insurance in order to drive, period! It's for legality purposes. If you run over someone, hit someone, etc. , the law says you must be able to pay for damages. This is what insurance is for.
- No, they will give you a ticket, and as long as you get coverage and take that to court, they usually dismiss the case.
- Reguardless what state you live in, It's not cool to drive without car insurance !!
- If you are a Massachsetts resident driving a car with a canceled insurance, and or no insurance the police will remove the car from the road. It will be towed. Again, it will be towed. You will not be allowed to move that car an inch further. To get your car back you will need to reinsure and or pay any back late insurance payments. More than likely to the town police station where the car was impounded or to the local state police barracks incharge of that region of the stste of Mass. You will need proof of insurance. Bring money to pay the tow company for the car towing and for car parking at a daily rate. About the arrest. Only if you have other existing issues with the law, otherwise they will let you go home with a pocket full of violations. Enjoy the walk. Sorry, thats Mass.
- hi pete i love you.
- No, you cannot be arrested if the only thing wrong was you didn't have car insurance. They will impound the car and let you get home on your own, or if you are a minor they will take you into custody until a parent or guardian picks you up.
