Does any one know why the commerialized car insurances are not available in Massachusetts?

like progressive and geico?

1. i can't say for certain, but one..massachusets has a lot of particulars for insurance companies to follow (state regulations) and they just may not be prepared (or properly licensed) to carry that type of insurance in that state yet.
