What do one need to buy a used car in Massachusetts?

What do I need? Mass ID? Driver Licens? Credit Card? Insurance? Anything to buy a used car in Massachusetts....

1. Money or Credit approval, Insurance, you dont need a drivers license but it would help because they will not let you drive it off the lot and a certified mechanic that will inspect the vehicle before you sign on the dotted line.
