How much will I spend a month when I own a car in Massachusetts?

I'm getting a car this month... it'll cost me about 2 grand. But what I want to know is the different fees I'll be paying from month to month. I've heard things about excise tax... and insurance fees... etc. etc. -- What comes out of the wallet on a regular basis?

1. Impossible to answer. What car? How much insurance? How many miles? Excise or use or sales tax is paid on the purchase price when you transfer the title, and is a one time fee. License fees are usually yearly. What about oil changes (again miles driven plays a factor there), and other maintenance? Add to that tires, traffic tickets if you're a speeder... As I said, impossible to answer.
