Is there any way to buy a new car without paying so high prices?

I mean, I want to buy a new car for about 13000 or 14000. I have the money but dealers dont care about getting the cash and lower the price. They want to finance with high prices, interest rates, 60 months, full coverage, etc. so they do business with you. Why should I have to do that? Is there any other way? Any way to be free of the financing trap? Any way to contact individuals willing to sell new or almost new cars at real prices?

1. im pretty sure u can pay cash for a brand new car! if the dealership u r trying to buy from doesnt let u,goto another dealership.there just trying to scam u.
2. If you have the cash on hand, you have the power to tell them take it or leave it. I guarantee if you flash that much money in their faces, they will give you better offer. If not, just shop around till you find a dealer that does that. But if it is a very popular car, you'll have to take what they offer cause they won't need your business. Make sure you check the blue book prices on all the cars as well.
3. more down payment you put down the less you would have to pay every month. Finance through a credit union they usually have low interest rates. Make sure what every car you get make sure it has a good warranty on there and good gas milage and make sure the car value dont drop a lot each year that way when you go to sell it you will get a nice amount of change
