What is the best way to sell a car? (price, ease of selling, etc) To a used car dealer? New car dealer?

I have a 2004 Nissan 350z grand touring. I have had it for less than a year and don't need a car anymore. I still owe a significant amount to my financing company. I know selling on my own on ebay or something has the best price but I want to sell it now and have ease of transferring over the financing and such. Any idea on the amount to expect? Should I sell to a random high-end used car dealer? Or a nissan dealership?

2. You'll get the most money for it by selling it privately. If you trade it in at a dealer, you'll only get the wholesale price for it. Here are two links you may find useful.
