is it cheaper to buy a used car then modifiy it or buy new then add the options to it?

I think it would be cheaper to buy used and then add to it. But then again i don't know much about car and car prices...

1. I think a new one is cheaper,, cause when you buy a used car its probebly has something wrong,, so if it has anything wrong then you will spend money to fix it thats how the new one is cheaper and better
2. It would depend on your abilities, and resources. I have more time than money and a shop at my disposal so for me it's cheaper to build most things. If you have to buy parts and pay someone to put them on, it may be cheaper to find what you want already built (new or used).
