I need to know if anyone know where I can buy a used cheap car in maryland or virginia.?

Im in college and I need something quick.This would be my first car.

1. I suggest that you contact Good Will Industries or the Salvation Army. They accept cars as donations and resell them usually at an auction. They can tell you where the auctions are held. Other charities have similar programs.
