  1. It's hard to say since both a re large metropilitan areas. But I will say one thing. The used cars in South Florida will be in better shape then the used cars in Boston. They don't have to spend harsh winters in the snow, ice and cold. They get to spend their winters in the sun and warmth. Less rust, the roads are in better shape in Florida too.
  2. Buy a convertible in Boston and take to Miami and resell. Then buy something you want for Miami if not the convertible. Check edmunds.com for the book values based on zip code. You will find, depending on the model, the values for these diverse environments can vary: 4wd cheaper in Miami, convertibles cheaper in Boston.
  3. Its a matter of your negotiation skills not the location you have to learn how to negotiate for the cheapest price possible here is a free article on how to do so http://www.adviceontime.com/Auto/NewCar.htm
  4. I think that maybe you should check out a police auction. I went to one and bought my 2003 Ford F-150 for $256! What I did was go to www.yourauctionpass.com and they told me where the next auction was and they had a list of cars and prices for me to look over and stuff. This is def. the cheapest place I would know to buy a car! This is not spam, I really did use this site and I really did buy my truck at the auction.
