Friend wants me to negotiate a new car deal for her. Can I take copies of paperwork and she come in to sign?

A lady friend of mine doesn't like the hassle of buying a new car. She would like me to do all of the negotiation and paperwork and she just come in for signing and delivery. Will the dealer accept photocopies of her insurance, License, Registration, etc? Do I need her to sign a limited power-of-Attorney? Any thoughts?

1. as long as its a copy of the full document (no cutting edges) and she has her signature on it then yes you can.
