When is the best time to buy a new car?

Me and my husband want to buy a new car around the end of this year beginning of next year. Are there specific times when it would get us a better deal on a 2008? Tell me everything please! I bought my last car with my dad through a friend of his and have no idea when I should start looking and etc.! Help! Thanks in advanced!

1. Best time to buy a 2008 would be right before of after the 2009's come out. They will be selling what is left of the 2008's cheap to get them off the lot and make room for the new ones.

3. look to buy an 08 after the 09's come out around November,December.but keep reminding the sales person that its last year model.good luck
