2. Except for the spelling, the one above has it down. But find out first what the dealer cost is, and offer about $300. over that. You can actually ask the dealer for the deal above, and insist they show you their invoice from the factory. Don't let them add anything for their expenses (cleaning the car and any specials they added, are a nono, but often used to pad the deal for them). There are also dealers on the net, who are willing to sell low, since you are out of their area, and will deliver through a local dealer.
