Any reviews of Britax carseats from people who have been in a car accident with a child in the seat?

And which model was it?

1. Our local fire dept. guys said that Britax isn't any better during an actual crash than some American models ( That is based on the data they get.), but it is more comfortable for a child who has to sit in the seat for a long time. The link below discusses car seats in general, not the Britax specifically.
2. My sister in law was just in a very serious rear end wreck. A couple of punks were out in Daddy's GMC yukon doing about 45 mph while my SIL was stopped at a red light in her Minivan with her Four children all in tow. The two youngest were both in Britax Marathon seats and the older two were in booster seats (not sure of the brand). My SIL and the two nieces in the booster seats all had whiplash like injuries and SIL has some spinal cord issues but both babies (safely tucked into their Britax's) are absolutely fine, not even a pain. They were all transported to ER for observation via ambulance but kids were fine. SIL truly believes Britax saved the day. PS - Said punk kids are now in jail on charges of driving under the influence (smoking weed). Thankfully, they aren't in jail for manslaughter.
