Overhaulin'

How far is Peniche from Sintra by car or bus. Is it a nice town to visit? Any reviews on the peniche Hostel?

We are going in October if that helps. We have been to Portugal before but only in the Lisbon area. Any help would be great.

1. It's just a regular place by the sea but the best for eating great quality fresh fish and shellfish in any of the many restaurants there. If you want to travel there, maybe take a car. And don't forget to visit the nearby village of Óbidos. You'll like it for sure.
2. Why don't you try the website http://www.viamichelin.com and search for the route from Peniche to Sintra? It's much easier.
