toyota 4runner wanted?

help, i am in search of a 1999 or newer toyota 4runner 4x4 MANUAL transmission SR5 3.4L leather interior... i am on the east coast and will travel if necessary,,, oh, and under 100,000 miles YES i have searched, carfax, vehix, autotrader, auto mart, cars.com etc. if you know anywhere else i'd appreciate any input... thanks in advance
