3. This has been going on for over 75 years! Almost as long as we have had cars. It saddens me so many disreputable people seek to take a great skill and use it to hoodwick the public. I have rebuilt many totalled cars and sold them, but I tell the buyer and price the car accordingly. SHAME!! is right !!!! SHAME!!
