What to put in auto for sale ad?

I'm selling my truck outside my house and I want to know what I should put in the for sale ad. I've got the engine size and mileage but the paper feels kind of... empty. What needs to be put in order to sell this car?

1. Year, make, model, and mileage. Your phone number. Price.
2. Make, model, and any extras like air, power windows, AM/FM/CD player. Anything else that will ad to its value or interest like new tires etc!
