Anyone that knows muscle car engines near anaheim ca.?

can anyone help me thats near anaheim ca. to work on my classic car? i have a 350 and its not performing like it should,i had a inline 6 on my nova which i swapped out for a 350 last month, it was a pain in the ass, but now a bigger problem,,its not showing me the 400 horsepower it has!! can anyone please help me!!

1. Repost with the actual problem--maybe someone can help online. Sorry, I'm in Wisconsin---would like to help tinker. Sure it's got 400 HP? Not easy to get that amount without major mods. What's not right about it? List engine specs--carb, intake, headers, cam , head work? trans type, axle ratio, etc...
