What is interesting about a partners hobby?

My husband collects model cars, and we go to the motor shows with all the classic cars, some how i am also interested now, and i collect porcelain dolls - lol and he bought me a few as well. Do you also find that it interests you as well what his/her hobby is

1. Hi Cheri... I also Collect model cars and stuff and my Gf has also started getting interested in it , she sometimes help me to buld them and also comes along to he car shows , she even came to a few drag-races with me...(no i dont race - just watch - my cars are too slow) She started making scrap-books and like a "memory box" thingie for our daughter, and i also find it interesting at times - like i would write a poem or letter for the scrap-book so my daughter can read them when she is older...
2. My husband likes to fix clocks that chime, in his spare time. I have no interest in chiming clocks, unfortunately. But he does like plants and gardening, so do I, so we do that together.
3. Hi Cheri, I don't have a partner yet, but hopefully he will be interested in what I do and I will make every effort to take an interest in what he does. That's is the way is should be in a relationship, hey? I just hope that it,s not something like keeping or catching snakes! Hahahaha!
4. I love animals, so that's a plus for us. I love the outdoors but am yet to adapt to the ''camping'' side of it. I love seeing new places and am fascinated with art and drawings. It's really strange how much we have in common.
5. She loves to listen to music and to watch movies and is very knowledgeable about it (among other things). I would love to share more of this hobby with her. She likes free-dancing. I'm (or I was at one stage) more into ballroom and latino, but we can learn from each other (Doubt if I will ever be able to dance like Shakira, though...). She also loves to make the world around her a better place. She certainly has for me.
