- go to hemmings motor news for similar car/price
- there may be some auction reports floating around. try typing the type of vehicle in a search engine with "auction" or "value". hope this helps, good luck
- You can't get a reliable quote until someone (an appraiser) sees the actual car. Things like condition, original equipment, matching numbers, etc. have a lot to do with value.
- Just go here and you will get everything you need. http://www.nadaguides.com/SectionHome.aspx?LI=1-28-0-5000-502-504-50005&l=1&w=22&p=0&f=5003
- You may be too lazy to actually do this, but I think it makes a lot of sense to look at completed ebay auctions for the same kind of car. I don't look at the running auctions, just the completed ones. NADA works too. I scrupulously avoid KBB, but its seems to be very popular here on YA. I think their prices are not very accurate.
