there are lots of online car auction and membership. is it necessary from me to become a member? If i want to buy and sell some cars would it benefit me to get a dealers license and if so y?

1. I don't know where your located as for how to obtain a dealers license but its your safest and best choice if you can qualify. Google how to obtain a dealers license for your area.
