Is it safe to buy a car online?

For some time now, I have been trying to buy a car but it's so stressful. So I decided to buy a 2005 new car, do all the paper works on line and have it sent to my address. Is it safe?.

2. Depends. If you don't have to put any money down, then it might be okay. Be sure you know the procedures for returning the car if you don't like it, or it's not as it was described online. I would hesitate to make a deposit on, or pay cash for ANY vehicle I had not inspected first. Sure, you can sue the seller after the fact, but you're still out the money, and you have to be the one to incur legal fees, etc.
