How can i get a title on a lien sale car in arizona?
But the lien sale holder is in California!

- after you buy the car and pay the lien off the seller should send you the title and/or the necessary paperwork to get the title in your name in your state. You have to rely upon them to send it to you. If they don't it can be a LOT of work for you to track down all the necessary paperwork and signatures needed. Good luck
- When you buy it they should give you a title and a certificate of perfection I think it's called, or at least something telling your state that they have no further interest in the car so you can get a clear title. Call the leinholder listed on the title.
- You will get clear title when you buy the car. If you don't, don't buy it.
