I want to buy a car for $700 and use the title as collateral is there anyone out there who will help please?

Most places won't handle such a small amount. If they do, such as the check cashing places, you would be lucky to get $250, and you would end up doubling that $700 payment.. I say, keep the $700 instead. Do you need the vehicle for work or just to get to work? If only to and from work, are there other choices? Bus, bicycle, or car-pool? Also, if it gets that hard, can you swallow some pride and ask someone for a little help? A few hundred dollars is not that much to get back to working. Finally, and only if I had to, I would take on a part time job or work other odd jobs until I saved enough for the car and pay cash or see if the person would take most down and pay the rest within 30 days (or an acceptable time frame). Sign a contract that says they can hold the title until you pay in full.
