Setting up online business, car modifications, performance, styling etc.???

Well ye i'm trying to set up the business , don't have name registered as business which i think has to be done. I can't really find any distributors or anyone to sell me the parts so that i could import and sell on. Does anyone know where i'd find a list of distributors or any particular distributors which could come in usefull... I would be greatful of any help that i can get... Oh and i do have a free website www.racersedgeireland.tvheaven.com but does anyone know any other places where i could set up a website? or any good tools to help create a good unique page... Thanks
