It seems like whenever you hear about an exciting, unique, car from Europe they always give the excuse that they can't sell the car in America because they would have to make changes to meet regulations. Other than moving the steering wheel to the other side, what does that mean? Does the USA - The country that gave the world the Hummer H2 and the Ford Explorer have stricter emissions laws than Europe? Is it because we use different formulations of gasoline? Any insight would be apprecieted.
