Can I sell a car in Pennsylvania if I do not have a valid US drivers licence?

1. Why not? You're selling the car, not driving it. I don't believe there is a law anywhere that prevents an owner from selling a car, driver's license or not.
2. You are not required to have a driver's license to sell a car. If you need to prove that you are the legal owner, then you better be the same person that's shown on the title and have valid i.d. to prove it.
