Help! I have no proof that i sold my car to a junk yard now I have to go to court what should I do?

About a year ago I sold my car to a junk yard. I was not aware of the process that it took to just throw the car away! I recive help from no one and did this transaction alone. Some one decided to fix the car and now I have to go to court over a parking ticket. Can I just report the car stolen? I dont know what to do and now my mother and I owe 110 bucks! Its due soon and we are ignorant to the whole ordeal. Please tell me there is a solution to our delimma

1. YOu need to have a long talk with the people at DMV; and you may need a DMV atty. Start by talking to the DMV:this may be a simple transfer of title
2. Go to the place that you sold it to and ask them for proof. They have to keep records.
3. how did you get a ticket??did you give you plates away with the car? Very dumb be glad they didn't kill some one or you would be going to jail yes call the law and report the plates, not the car stolen immediately
