How do i sell my old car...?

I know the basic thing is i getting both people to sign and date the paper saying that "i will sell the car to this person at ???$ and the car info is honda prelude, etc..." Then get the pink slip to transfer ownership by filling out his' information? what do i do after that?

1. You will need an application for title available at your DMV. Some states require these to notarized. Check with DMV and they can tell you wat you need.
2. Contact the agency in the state you are in that handles this. Sometimes it is even handled at the county level. They can show you all the forms you must complete. It differs from state to state.
