My car was rear-ended and I want to sell it. Should I use a "cash for car" site to sell my car?
The car runs well, but the damage is extensive although it doesn't appear too bad. Repairing the car costs more than the car's actual value.

- I am aware of only 2 reasons why people would wanted a damaged vehicle 1) it has parts that are desirable to car enthusiasts (examples are a Subaru Impreza WRX STi, an Acura Integra Type R, and a Roush Mustang) 2) it is a rare or vintage car that someone would like to restore If your car is not in any of those categories it is unlike there will be a market for the vehicle. I think in that situation you should consider selling the car to a local scrap yard
