I want to sell my jeep and was told car dealers will buy a car outright~I need the cash to pay medical bills?

1. They might but for very little money. You will do much better selling it privately.
2. They will but they will only give you a small amount of what is worth.
3. it depends what the price you are asking some will try to get away gheaper then what you are expecting to get for your jeep but good luck and i hope you get what you want for it
