3. Depends on the country of origin, brand, and model of your car. There are many, many, many good magazines, web-sites, and online forums for cars and modifications - but most are specific to one family or brand. Eg.: There are MOPAR-oriented sites for Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth cars. There are VAG-oriented sites for Volkswagen/Audi/Seat/Skoda cars. There are JDM-oriented sites for Honda/Toyota/Nissan/&Mitsubishi cars (JDM: Japanese Domestic Market - many of the Japanese cars sold in the US are don't have the performance specs of their Japanese twins - so many tuners import Japanese JDM engines to the US to make US-Market Japanese cars faster). Also, look up www.neuspeed.com for both German and Japanese performance parts and kits. They also sell brakes to help bring your rocket back down. Check out www.procarparts.com for some dress-up and lighting accessories (body kits also). PCP sells for all three: US, Asian, and European. Ebay also has a lot of parts, accessories, and upgrades.
