if my car is modified on 3rd party and i hit some1 will my insurance still cover the other cars damage?

1. Doesn't matter what your car has as long as you are covered then their car will be repaired. What you should be asking is "Will my after market items be covered?" You have to have full coverage and endorsments for after market items (rims,grills,amps,speakers) if they are damanged in an accident or stolen and you want them replaced.
