1. the fastest cars are in the centre of algonquin during the day, you can usually pick up a turismo, which is like a cross between a ferrari and a mclaren:P. modified cars are usually rubbish anyway.
2. I found out that the best wayto find the modifified versions of some cars is to drive the unmodified versions around.
