how could i get a working Nissan Skyline into the US without breaking any laws?

recently i went to a car auction where a 2003 Nissan Skyline was available to be bid on, unfortunately the vehicle had to be exported. now i loe the Skylines so how would i be able to get one into the US and keep it? would i be able to? would it be possible to modify the engine to adhere to smog checks and whaever else?
