Honda civic !!!!!!!?

Hi , Im 17 yrs old and im loooking to buy my 1st car ! I have my heart set on a honda civic ( type-r ) about 7-10 yrs old. I live in Ireland so I was wondering if I should import the car from Japan or England ? When iv put my money into the car I wud like it to look like the pic below. How much wud it cost to buy the car ? How much wud it cost to modify the car ( body kit , new lights , alloys , seats ) ? Where shud i get the modification done ? Thanks to all who answer.

Importing a car from Japan is going to be very expensive. There are a number of companies that provide that service but they charge upwards of !500 pounds. Sounds like getting something in England is the better way to go.
