Overhaulin'

Can anyone give me a general quote?

There's a beautiful car with a "For Sale" sign in my neighborhood. I've love with it, but it's also a fixer-upper and I'm on a budget. I'm not entirely sure what model it is, but I'm fairly sure it's some type of modified Subaru Impreza '93 with a C-speed body kit. It's also got a graphics paint job and a wing. Could someone give me a general idea on how much it might cost to fix up the major problems? Major Problems: 1) Back bumper is dented and falling off in one corner, on the other corner it's cracked. 2) Front bumper has a crack where it connects to the main body of the car, but appears much more stable than the back 3) I haven't even looked under the hood yet. Minor problems: 1) No radio (it's just been pulled out of the dash) 2) Very VERY dirty Please help and thank you in advance!
