Overhaulin'

Do special car garages like on The Fast & the Furious (to modify custom performance and visual parts) exist?

Or like the garages in Need for Speed: Most Wanted? Are they legal? Are the common? Where can I find them in general? I live in Quebec, but general information is about this is more important.

2. Yes they do exsist and they make a good deal of money. Generally there here in the states, they are completely legal and very common. Generally if you want to find them look them up on webpages, ask around. I know a few but these are here where Im from.
