If I buy car key fob from ebay, do I just get it reprogram?

Hi all, I dont have a spare key fob for my Nissan Teranno II. I notice key fobs are being sold on ebay for same model car I have. What I would like to know is if I buy a fob from ebay, could I just take that fob to Nissan dealers for them to program it for my car?

1. You can take it to the Nissan dealer for the programing process if you don't know how but then again first goggle it to see if there is any sites that might show a way to do it first. But if all fails then see the dealer nearest you.
