Overhaulin'

I just saw a car for sale about 150 miles from my house? Is it too good to be true?

It is a 2007 Cadillac Escalade with everything except navigation. It has only 9000 miles. It is for sale about 150 miles from my house. I was wondering is it too good to be true. I just emailed the guy but I wanted to see if I should make a trip all the way out there. This car is for sale for $ 22,000 with 9k miles. I know how much the gas is. But I dont go anywhere just to college and work that is 1 mile from my house. I have a 2006 Nissan Maxima Se which gives me about 18 mpg. So no t alot of difference.

  1. yeah he is selling it because he cant afford the gas, just wait another year and the thing wont even bring 15k, look around man if you want to buy and suv now is the time to do it because you cant hardly give them awaym thats why all these dealerships are giving like 12k in rebates because no one wants them.
  2. Lovely car but fuel consumption is unbearably high.
  3. Are you not aware of the gas crunch? I have a friend who owns a '06 'Platinum Edition'. She hates it. She only gets 13 miles to the gallon. Why would you want to drive 150 miles just to see something that you're going to waste your money on that guzzles gas? Why don't you just get a crossover like it's little sister, the SRX. They cost around the same price for a used one. Not too used, but a year or two old used. So yes I say it's too good to be true!
