Can you use your scholarship money to buy a car?

does it violate any terms or is it unethical? what if you have extra scholarship money and your school and rent, everything is covered, is it still unethical?

1. That would be unethical and probably violates any terms of the scholarship award. It's good to know that scholarship money that I could qualify for is going into buying cars for undedicated students.
2. it is unethical. but... nobody can judge you if you buy a car with your scholarship money.
