How Can I buy car by using Yahoo as a third part?

How can I buy a car by using yahoo as third part between me and the seller and know that the seller is not faking me? By the way I am in Libya and the seller in USA?and is there in risk if I used yahoo as third part? Thanks

1. Yahoo does not offer an escrow service, so anyone offering it is scamming! Avoid them!
