Where do you go when you are looking to buy car parts to enhance the overall torque, speed, mileage, etc.?

I want to make my car fast as possible. I do not care if it is legal or not

1. Try an automotive performance shop. You didn`t say what you are driving , or even where you are. maybe they don`t even make parts for your car , or you live where there are no performance shops. Unless you plan on not driving it on the road , you have to keep some things legal.
