Where can I buy a smart car for cash?

I don't want to finance one and I don't want to be on a waiting list. I want to literally walk into a dealership, had them a pile of Benjamins and drive away.

1. buy one from someone who was on the waiting list. otherwise you'll have to find a used one. if you offer enough money anything is possible
2. There's some new (and hardly used) ones on ebay and several sellers are willing to ship or meet you half way.
