Where and how can I learn to sell cars on ebay?

Im brand new to this whole thing and i was wondering if you could give me some links to books/guides/online guides or any helpful and extensive information on how to buy and sell cars on ebay...free or a small price is fine..I want it to cover the basics to the advanced stuff if possible... thanks... well am i goin to need more than just a dealer license? cause i have someone who is a dealer. All i have to do is put the cars up online and sell them so that i get a commission for them...
